New Radio Portal From Germany

The Webcast Media Group and Yahoo! Deutschland have launched Yahoo! FM (http://de.docs.yahoo.com/fm), which will provide hits, news, weather and segments on lifestyle and entertainment as part of the German Yahoo! portal.
Webcast already operates the Internet station dasWebradio.de, which recently began digital satellite transmission and which claims to be the most heard Internet radio in Germany.
Webcast has also set up the first Internet radio advertising saleshouse, marketing advertising on seven Internet radios.
Also new from Webcast is a combination Internet radio/FM radio receiver made in Germany and designed by the German industrial designer Volker Hundertmark.
The receiver, called the Web Radio, includes a modem and a soundcard, and requires telephone and electrical connections.
