Sirius XM Radio CEO Mel Karmazin has named the executive team for the combined satellite radio company.
The only XM executive is Dara Altman; at XM she was executive vice president for business and legal affairs. At the combined company, her new title is executive vice president/chief administrative officer.
The other executives are from Sirius. Three retain the same titles with the merged company that they had with Sirius: Patrick Donnelly, executive vice president/general counsel; David Frear, executive vice president/chief financial officer; and James Meyer, president/operations and sales.
Scott Greenstein, who was president of entertainment and sports for Sirius, is now president/chief content officer.
These executives, along with Karmazin, make up the executive committee. He said the next level of management would be identified in a few weeks.
