Conference Announced

Planned focus is on sharing ideas and innovation

The one-day conference is being billed as “the radio ideas conference.” It is set for 15 September in London.

The event is limited to just 120 attendees and will feature a full day of focused presentations — none longer than 18 minutes — about ideas for radio and innovations for the sector. Questions will be allowed, but there are no panels.

The organizers, James Cridland and Matt Deegan, say the event is designed for “people who do radio,” such as presenters and producers. Broadcast Bionics has signed on as lead sponsor for the conference.
