NJ Broadcasting Acquires WWRL

Translator sells in North Carolina for $75K

Here is some of the latest in sales news that has crossed our desk.

NJ Broadcasting has acquired WWRL(AM) of New York from Access1 Communications Corp. This is the first station for NJ Broadcasting and a release says it will program the station with content for the local south Asian community.

George Red and Tom McKinley of Media Services Group were brokers for the seller.

In North Carolina, translator W224CI-DX was purchased for $75,000 by WCLY(AM) from Connor Media Corp. Greg Guy and Dave Benton of Patrick Communications were brokers for the buyer.
