Noreen Welle, RTNDA’s vice president for communications, marketing and membership, died Friday, Dec. 29, at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore.
She was 57 and had joined RTNDA in 1997.
Welle is survived by her husband and two daughters.
