From the Who’s Buying What page: Harris said North Texas Radio for the Blind has taken delivery of three Harris NetWave digital on-air consoles, replacing several analog boards.
The upgrade was funded in part by a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce. Studio renovations were completed by Broadcast Works Inc., of Tyler, Texas.
The service is carried on a subcarrier of KERA(FM) and is run by Reading and Radio Resource of Dallas. Steve Cumming is station manager.
