We reported last week on the new NPR Music site, which is now giving us a flavor of what we can expect, offering one of its first live, online concerts.
Singer/songwriter Neko Case will perform from Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles today (Friday) at 11 p.m. (ET).
The show will be streamed live, archived and available as a free downloadable podcast at NPR Music. NPR’s Alex Cohen will host the concert, which will feature a pre-show interview with Case.
NPR Music launched on Nov. 5 as a free, comprehensive music discovery destination. It features on-air and online content aggregated from NPR and 12 NPR Member public radio stations, as well as original-to-NPR Music materials, such as live performance, studio sessions, interviews, reviews and blogs.
