NPR Renews Deal With AP

National Public Radio renewed and expanded its deal with Associated Press. The AP will provide NPR with: AP Network News, a 24-hour audio news network; NewsPower MAX, a news text service; and licensing rights to redistribute AP content to its Sirius Satellite Radio channels, Yahoo and PDAs. AP also supplies its Electronics News Production System, which NPR uses to manage news production, broadcasts and communications on 220 workstations in various stations.
