NRG Media Chooses Martin

New director of digital content moves from Clear Channel

NRG Media has named Tim Martin corporate web designer and digital content manager.

The company says that he is an addition to its corporate leadership team, and his post is intended to provide individual market support based on a growing demand for innovation in the digital space and further propel each station’s unique digital platform.

Although he will spend much of his time in the field working with NRG Media’s radio operations, Martin will be based in Milwaukee.

Martin joins the corporate team with two decades of experience in interactive programming with Clear Channel. Martin spent the past seven years as director of online content for Clear Channel Radio in Milwaukee. Prior to that time, he served as the cluster’s IT manager/webmaster for six years and was promotions director from 1995–2001.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Tim when I was market manager of WISN/WLTQ in Milwaukee and I can attest to his many talents,” said Chuck DuCoty, NRG Media’s chief operating officer. “With his expertise, I am confident we will develop even more digital solutions to further engage our audience and our advertisers.”

NRG Media currently operates 50 radio stations in Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Illinois.
