NRG, Seehafer Complete Swap

NRG Media said it has closed on a like-kind exchange with Seehafer Broadcasting. The deal included the swap of NRG Media’s WDLB(AM), WOSQ(FM) and WFHR(AM) for Seehafer’s WLRK(FM). The latter station now changes call letters to WBCV.
NRG Media now owns four FMs in the Wausau/Stevens Point, Wis., market. President/CEO Mary Quass said this deal lets her company focus on the four FMs located in one facility.
NRG owns 84 stations; it is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
