NRJ Plans Trademark Boost

Marc Pallain, board chairman of the French group recently announced the start of a long-term development program for its radio stations in Germany, Finland and Austria.

NRJ has announced plans to reinforce its trademark presence across Europe.

Marc Pallain, board chairman of the French group recently announced the start of a long-term development program for its radio stations in Germany, Finland and Austria.

Following significant investments in the three nations over the past 10 to 15 years, NRJ Group is assessing opportunities to set up the structures necessary to reinforce its brand influence.

In a press statement, NRJ said it was starting discussions with potential partners with an aim to giving NRJ the “critical size” necessary to create “even more profit and success.”

“The NRJ Group strongly believes in its trademark’s value, the know-how of its local teams and in its capacity to reach this necessary goal,” said Mathieu Sibille, chief executive NRJ GmbH and NRJ International. “I am looking forward to enter this new development.”
