OMT Appoints Mark Ahrens-Townsend To Board of Directors

Mark Ahrens-Townsend has been appointed to the OMT board of directors. He holds the title of Executive-In-Residence with the ENSIS group, significant shareholders of OMT Inc. He was most recently the president & CEO of Norsat International Inc., located in Burnaby, British Columbia. Mr. Ahrens-Townsend has worked extensively in the private sector for firms including Norsat, Infocorp Computer Solutions Ltd., IBM Canada Limited and Acres Engineering Consulting Services. Ahrens-Townsend replaces Garry Marshall who resigned from the Board of Directors following his relocation to a new employer in Calgary.
