OMT Debuts iMediaTouch 2.2 With Added Features

OMT released version 2.2 of its iMediaTouch digital audio and broadcast automation software, including a “Non-Stop Broadcasting” feature set that enables stations to avoid downtime during broadcasts.
“We know that spot-loads are important to both large and small market stations; with iMediaTouch 2.2, make-goods will be a thing of the past,” said President and CEO Scott Farr.
Existing features of iMediaTouch include an On-Air module with Dolby AC3 capabilities, in addition to apt-X, MP2, MP3, WAV and PCM formats; a phone-bit editor; and log swap button. The system’s Production module offers Dolby AC3 compatibility plus expired/inactive cut text colors, database refreshing, multitasking CD ripping and transcoding and automated trimming, cut labels and levels.
Old and new TM Century data files can be imported into the production module, including track year and publisher.
