Orban has moved Bill Fong to its PC product support department but will remain as information technology manager in the company’s Northern California Design Center in San Leandro.
Fong will now be a PC products technical support specialist for the Optimod-PC 1101/1101e, OptiEXP, Opticodec-PC 1511e and the entire line of Orban streaming products.
Fong has been with the company for 30 years. He started as a receiving inspector in January, 1984. Since that time, he has also worked as a document control specialist in the design department, IT administrator. Fong facilitated the IT department’s move to its current location in 2006, and he has also worked on projects at Orban locations in Arizona and Arkansas.
