Orlando NAB’s Acting Chief Lobbyist

As RW Online told readers last week from CES, NAB’s John Orlando is acting head of its lobbying unit in the wake of Jim May’s departure. The NAB Board has made the distinction official at its winter meeting.
Orlando’s previous job was as a lobbyist for CBS. He remembers walking the halls of the FCC in ’98 when he and Ibiquity President/CEO Robert Struble delivered the company’s initial petition for rule making for IBOC.
