Each commercial and noncommercial educational radio and television broadcast station licensee that is not exempt from the commission’s biennial ownership reporting program must update its ownership report on the anniversary date of the station’s renewal application filing date. The mandatory electronic filing of the biennial ownership report for broadcast station licensees has resumed in calendar year 2003.
On or before April 1 an ownership report (FCC Form 323 or Form 323-E) should be filed by licensees whose commercial or noncommercial educational stations are located in the States of Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas. At two-month intervals throughout 2003, the remaining commercial and noncommercial educational broadcast station licensees will file their stations’ biennial ownership reports.
The completed forms may be submitted via the Media Bureau’s Consolidated Database System electronic filing system.
