Pandora missed Wall Street analysts revenue expectations for its fourth quarter.
The Internet radio company reported revenue of $268 million due to soft holiday sales, compared to the approximately $276 million that was forecast.
Advertising revenue was $220.1 million, up 36%. Subscription and other revenue was $47.9 million, a 24% increase.
Pandora had reported its total active users were 81.5 million at the end of Q4, a 6.5% increase compared to the previous quarter.
