Chris Pannell was promoted to director of North America Radio Sales at Harris Broadcast.
He joined Harris as a district sales manager in 2003 from Cutthroat Communications and Alaska Wireless Cable.
Reporting to him are the Harris radio field sales organization as well as Ron Lane, Hal Kneller, Scott Russell and Paul Barzizza of the Harris staff.
