Paragon Promotes Stevens to COO/Radio

Paragon Media Strategies promoted John Stevens to chief operating officer for radio, where he will oversee strategic operations and client development of the company’s radio division.
He had been VP of operations and part-owner of Caribou Communications, supervising on-air programming for its 10 stations. Additionally, he conducted audience research for stations in Oklahoma City, Okla.; Greeley/Denver and Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Honolulu.
