Pederson Leaves Moody to Join HCJB Global

Pederson has been a member of the board of HCJB Global and has worked with the ministry to raise money for projects, including the launch of a satellite ministry in Latin America and Russia.

Wayne Pederson is HCJB Global's new president. He had been vice president of Moody Broadcasting; he replaces replace David Johnson, who stepped down in June after seven years with the Christian broadcaster.

Pederson has been a member of the board of HCJB Global and has worked with the ministry to raise money for projects, including the launch of a satellite ministry in Latin America and Russia.

Before working with Moody as manager of WMBI, he was executive director of Christian Music Broadcasters, president of the Mission America Coalition and president and chairman of the National Religious Broadcasters. For many years he was with Northwestern College, eventually as executive vice president for radio.
