Pirate Station Fined in the Land of the Mouse

The FCC has upheld a $10,000 fine on Florida resident Daniel Clephar for operating a station without a license.
The agency had issued the penalty in April for operating an unauthorized station on 92.7 MHz in Orlando. Clephar did not respond, so the commission let the amount stand.
