Port Jervis Stations Sold

A deal in the Newburgh/Middletown market:
Port Jervis (N.Y.) Broadcasting, run by President Robert Wein, sells oldies stations WDLC(AM) and WTSX(FM) to P.J. Radio for $4 million.
The principal at the buyer is James Morley, a radio broadcasting executive with no other current holdings. New England Media and Kozacko Media Services were brokers.
