There may be a settlement in the lawsuit between CBS Radio and Howard Stern. Reuters quotes a court clerk as saying a court hearing on the matter was postponed, suggesting both sides may be trying to settle the matter.
CBS filed the suit after Stern moved to Sirius Satellite Radio.
Sirius agreed in 2004 to hire Stern in a five-year deal valued at $500 million. In the suit, CBS claims Stern breached his contract by using his final 14 months at CBS to promote his move to Sirius.
