The just-released SignaturePro CD Color Printer from Primera Technology features more resolution, speed and ink capacity than its predecessor Signature IV.
The unit has a resolution of 2400 x 1200 dpi, producing 2,880,000 pixels per square inch. Further more the system can print a full-color disc with100 % coverage in 16 seconds. Monochrome output is faster at 2 seconds per disc at 15 % coverage. Five different print modes are available.
The system’s dual cartridge print technology uses separate black monochrome and three color ink cartridges.
The SignaturePro is priced at $1,895.
