Pristine Systems Bought By Employee

Digital automation software company Pristine Systems Inc. has been acquired by D. Kevin Loper. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Loper was hired by Pristine Systems in 1991 as a software programmer and became director of technical services in 1994. He has designed and developed the RapidFire, MusicPlus and TimeWarp! software along with other audio recording utilities for the company. Loper has also conducted domestic and international on-site installations.

Loper is now the president and director of product development. Pristine Systems, Inc.

He plans to have Pristine focus on advanced LAN/WAN software.
Pristine was founded in 1984 and has been providing broadcast automations software since 1988.
