Qualcomm Chooses Coding Technologies’ aacPlus

Coding Technologies said it has integrated MPEG-4 AAC/aacPlus technology into Qtv and CMX multimedia systems used by wireless company Qualcomm.
A Qualcomm official said aacPlus will let users of wireless handsets stream audio media files at high fidelities.
Applications include streaming audio and downloading ringtones.
