The annual gathering of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters is set for Nov. 9-11 at the Quebec City Convention Centre. The theme of this year’s event is “Private Broadcasting: The Voice of the Nation, thee Choice of the Nation.”
Programs include a special small-market session that will delve into issues of concern to small market radio broadcasters and assess the competitive and structural challenges affecting that sector.
A super session on “The Year Ahead: Visions for Private Radio” will present milestones expected during the next 12 months that will drive business and policy issues in the special Canadian broadcasting environement.
