RAB: June Revenues Down

Local revenue dropped 10 percent, national revenue was down 13 percent, and non-spot revenue was also down 10 percent.

Radio’s revenue numbers were down again in June.

The Radio Advertising Bureau reported an overall 9 percent decline for radio revenues in June. That’s compared to the same month a year ago. Local revenue dropped 10 percent, national revenue was down 13 percent, and non-spot revenue was also down 10 percent.

May saw an overall drop of 8 percent, compared to the same period a year ago.
