Radio: 'You Shouldn't Have to Pay for It'

Radio goes after satellite and other pay media in its latest marketing, which will be heard on stations in December and January.
News, weather, traffic, local sports and other formats are highlighted in NAB’s next round of promotion for traditional radio. The association said it has launched the next part of the ad campaign it called “Radio: You Hear It Here First.” Earlier ads emphasized music and featured big-name performers.
NAB says the latest ads highlight other audio entertainment on local radio and include the tag line “Radio: You Shouldn’t Have to Pay for It.”
