The state broadcaster for Brunei Darussalam marked its first 50 years with a Golden Jubilee Exhibition, featuring old and modern radio sets, transmitters, vinyl records, magazines and other items from the history of Radio Television Brunei (RTB).

The exhibit was set up at the Dewan Raya RTB headquarters in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of the sultanate, and was originally slated to run for one week; however, public interest led to the exhibition being held open for an additional week. To complement the physical exhibition, a short online presentation offers an overview of broadcasting in the wealthy enclave on the island of Borneo.

The exhibit opened on 2 May, the 50th anniversary of the first broadcasts by Radio Brunei, with an official visit from Crown Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the deputy sultan of Brunei.
