Radio Junkies: Connecticut Swap Meet Ahead

The Vintage Radio and Communications Museum of Connecticut plans its spring swap meet on June 7 in the museum’s parking lot at 33 Mechanic Street in Windsor, Conn.
“The swap meets offers people a chance to buy, sell and trade old radios, televisions and other communications equipment,” the organization stated.
Get there early; swapping starts at 7 a.m. and “will run until the last person leaves,” Museum Director John Ellsworth said. “Usually by 11 a.m. things will have wound down.”
The museum is restoring a factory building as its new home. Admission to the swap meet is free; vendors pay a small fee. Donations are encouraged.
