Radio One agreed to sell its radio stations in Augusta, Ga., to Perry Broadcasting.

Radio One agreed to sell its radio stations in Augusta, Ga., to Perry Broadcasting.
The price is $3.1 million; Radio One said this represents a purchase price multiple of approximately 17x based on station operating income.
The transaction is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2007.
