Radio’s latest monthly revenue figures came out this past week:
Grand U.S. total radio revenue was off in September by 8% compared to one year ago.
Local revenue fell 10%, national was off 7%.
Notably, off-air, non-traditional revenue fell, down 1% from a year ago. Radio has been accustomed to seeing positive numbers in that category in the past year or two.
