The 2015 Radio Show previously announced that 30-minute presentations would take place in the Marketplace Theater in the exhibit hall. Now, the Radio Show has released the full schedule of presentations to take place at the theater.
Joining previously announced Nielsen and 25-Seven Systems in the Marketplace Theater will be multiple sessions on Sept. 30 of “Ask the FCC” with Atlanta District Director Doug Miller; “Modern Streaming Audio: Leveraging New Technologies to Attract Today’s Listeners” from Telos Systems’ Ioan Rus exploring developments impacting streaming quality, reliability and features; and “NAB Labs’ Focus on Radio” featuring David Layer, NAB’s senior director of advanced engineering, updating the crowd on NAB Labs’ recent AM all-digital testing and more.

Radio Show has also announced new sessions including “After AT&T and T-Mobile: Next Steps for NextRadio” with Jeff Smulyan and Paul Brenner of Emmis Communications, which will focus on the effort to activate FM chips in smartphones; and an additional technology session, “Radio Futures: New Developments for the Connected Car,” which will discuss the thinking and research going into the next-generation telematics and radio’s place in the vehicles of the future with panelists Scott Burnell from Ford, Andres Mai from Cisco Systems, Joe Mosele from AT&T Mobility and moderated by Radio World’s Editor in Chief, Paul McLane.
The 2015 Radio Show will take place Sept. 30–Oct. 2 in Atlanta.
