Radio Unica Renews AP Contract

Hoping to continue its service of Spanish-speaking listeners, Radio Unica Communications recently renewed its contract with the AP Radio Network to be its main news content supplier. Radio Unica uses AP to provide English and Spanish news to its 38-station network.
Unica is based in Miami and has stations in major Hispanic markets including Los Angeles and New York. The network will continue to receive AP NewsPower and AP’s Spanish-language Latin America Wire. NewsPower, a news and information product, provides format-specific show-prep packages, entertainment information, sports and business coverage and breaking news. AP Latin America Wire is AP’s Spanish-language report and sends news from Mexico, Puerto Rico, South America, Cuba and other Caribbean countries.
