Digital radio solutions providers Radioscape and Factum Electronics have agreed to merge.
According to a press release, the senior leadership of both companies concluded that the time was right to combine the companies to promote growth by joining resources and customer base.
Although the companies will consolidate, the two brands will remain distinct for existing products, which will be supported through 2020 as they develop a new broadcast system.
