RadioScape has opened a Greater China regional office in Beijing ahead of the commercial rollout of DAB and the XXIX Olympics in 2008. It is the third RadioScape office in Greater China, with commercial and development offices already in Hong Kong.

“The new office, situated in Wanda Plaza, in Beijing’s Chaoyang District, will serve as a centre for handling sales enquiries, customer services and technical support to our growing customer base,” stated RadioScape CEO John Hall.

2008 is the year the State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television (SARFT) has designated for the digital switchover to DAB.

RadioScape has already provided DAB technology and services to leading broadcasters including Oriental Pearl Group, Shanghai Media Group, Guangzhou Mobile TV, Shenzen TV and Yue Guang.
