Fifteen-year-old Rachel Friesel wrote the winning storyboard for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Her Jungle theme beat more than 400 entries from students nationwide. RadioShack’s Reel StreetSentz competition solicited entries and teamed Friesel with a professional camera crew who turned her storyboard and script into a 30-second public service announcement.
“Rachel created a powerful PSA that focuses on Internet safety and how parents and guardians need to help children protect themselves from online victimization,” said RadioShack spokeswoman Laura Moore.
