Rally Supports CHOI

Perhaps 7,000 people turned out at the Canadian capital in support of a Quebec radio station that is to lose its license in an indecency case.
According to the Toronto Star newspaper, the rally at Parliament Hill in Ottawa included a live music broadcast by the station from the event.
The owner of CHOI(FM) has said he intends to file a court appeal.
