RCS promoted Mike Powell to senior VP of international operations and chief compliance officer.
Powell joined the software manufacturer 12 years ago to oversee international operations and has directed the company’s Media Ratings Council accreditation process.
RCS said Powell was among its first UK users of RCS Selector software and the first to use its Master Control automation system. He’s a former radio music host and manager
