Regulatory Fee Filing Date Extended

Broadcasters get a break – a short break – on regulatory fees.
Because of the power outages experienced by the metropolitan Washington area due to Hurricane Isabel, the FCC is extending the deadline date for filing FY 2003 Regulatory Fees from 11:59 p.m. Eastern, Sept. 24 to 11:59 p.m, Sept. 25.
Broadcasters may file manually or use the FCC’s electronic automated fee filer system. For directions, go to www.fcc.gov/fee then click on “Fee Filer” for additional information.
