Licensees must pay their FY2004 annual regulatory fees to the FCC by Aug. 19.
The agency begins accepting payments on Aug. 10. Those who file late face a 25 percent penalty. The agency has begun notifying those who must pay a fee, but stresses that not all licensees who owe money will receive a notice. That said, it encourages everyone to check the FCC Web site for updated fee information at:www.fcc.gov/fees/regfees.html.
