There is a filing deadline for the revised Federal Communications Commission commercial broadcast ownership form that must be filed biennially.
Earlier this year the agency revised its Form 323. Now, the office of Management and Budget has approved the revised form which the commission now says is due by Dec. 15 and must be accurate as of Nov. 1.
Broadcasters are encouraged to file early, using the electronic form to be made available on or about Nov. 16 on the FCC’s CDBS system.
To answer “numerous” inquiries the commission said it has received about the new form, it plans to create a Web site containing information about Form 323.
