Richardson Electronics Ltd. said revenues in its second quarter were up 9.5% from the first quarter, to $119 million. This marks two quarters of increases after a series of declines the previous fiscal year. The company is traded on NASDAQ. Excluding its Medical Glassware business, which was sold early this year, revenues increased 6.5% from the prior year.
Richardson said its three largest business units, including its RF and wireless communications business, recorded revenue growth over the same quarter and six-month period last year. Broadcast Richardson is part of its holdings.
