Rush’s Medical Records Open to Prosecutors

A federal judge in Florida rebuffed a request by Premiere Talk Show host Rush Limbaugh to have his medical records sealed from prosecutors. Limbaugh is under investigation for alleged “doctor shopping” for drugs to support his addiction to painkillers. A judge in West Palm Beach, Florida ordered prosecutors not to disclose anything they learn from the records to anyone else, unless under court order, according to Reuters.
