Salem Closes Honolulu Purchase

Salem Communications has completed the acquisition of FM stations KPOI and KHUI in Honolulu from Visionary Related Entertainment.
KPOI will become KHNR, with a news/talk format and syndicated hosts including Michael Medved, Hugh Hewitt and Dennis Prager. KHUI plays traditional Hawaiian music.
