Salem Media Group says James Harrington has been appointed as general manager for the Salem cluster of stations in Colorado Springs. This cluster consists of KGFT(FM), KBIQ(FM) and KZNT(AM).
“Colorado Springs is a market we are passionate about and that distinctly complements our Salem core formats,” said Salem Regional VP Brian Taylor. “A leader with Jim’s enthusiasm, that matches his extensive background in sales management and development, is going to be a great addition to our team.”
Harrington joins Salem from his management position as senior vice president of sales for iHeartMedia in Bryan/College Station, Texas.
Salem Media Group is a Christian multimedia corporation. Salem Radio Group owns and operates 112 local radio stations, with 67 stations in the top 25 media markets.
