San Diego Pirate Fine Confirmed(2)

The FCC has upheld its earlier $10,000 fine against a San Diego man for operating a pirate station.

The commission said Alan Conrad did not respond to its earlier notice in the case of an unlicensed radio transmitter on 106.9 in southern California.
