He spoke to SBE Chapter 37 in Washington this week about spectrum allocations, broadcast auxiliary spectrum issues, possible threats to television broadcasters’ use of the 2 GHz (ENG) band, digital operation in 450 MHz band, and the FCC’s plan to reorganize its Enforcement Bureau field offices.
