Chris Imlay of Booth, Freret & Imlay, is also general counsel for the SBE. He spoke to SBE Chapter 37 in Washington this week about spectrum allocations, broadcast auxiliary spectrum issues, possible threats to television broadcasters’ use of the 2 GHz (ENG) band, digital operation in 450 MHz band, and the FCC’s plan to reorganize its Enforcement Bureau field offices.
