Spanish Broadcasting System Inc. has promoted Max Ramirez to vice president of digital media sales of SBS Interactive.
In his new role, Ramirez will oversee the national digital sales team and continue providing solutions to national advertising agencies and local clients. A New York City native, currently residing in Huntington Beach, Calif., Ramirez will be based out of Los Angeles and will report to Jesus Lara, executive vice president of digital media for SBS Interactive.
He has over 15 years’ experience in media sales, as well as knowledge of digital media display, video and mobile. Prior to SBS, he has held senior sales roles for companies, such as Batanga Media, ImpreMedia, MTV and Katz Media Group.
